Gifts & HospitalityEmployees
must not seek or accept gifts, favors, or entertainment from individuals or organizations doing business with or competing against 1Async—unless it serves a legitimate purpose and aligns with standard business practice. Likewise, any corporate gifting must be reasonable and appropriate.
Anti-Bribery & Corruption
